Hey, it's minioneyes! In my free time I'm a video editor, minigame creator, and website designer. I also like to code, and so far I've learned JSON, JavaScript, Python, HTML5, and CSS.

Aight, I changed my mind and I'm not doing the Monster Raider VS Strong video again since it's too much work to remake. Instead, since I can only edit one video a week and since I've already edited a video this week, I'm gonna upload raw footage of my first successful floor 3 dungeon run! It's mostly to teach my friends how to beat the level but I'm also trying something new in case I don't have time in the future to edit much. But we'll see how it goes and yeah, enjoy!
Personal Life
Last week I got the opportunity to be the editor of five videos for my church's VBC. It was really unique and it felt like the first real "job" I had, since I worked on the project as long as regular work hours would have been for almost a week. I thought it was a great experience and I was happy to be able to help out with the camp, even though I didn't actually sign up for it this year.
Anyways, watch the video :)

Okay, so remember how I said the Frozen Scythe video a few weeks back was amazing? Scratch that. My latest video, which was the comparison between the Frozen Scythe and the Bonzo Staff, literally shot straight up in views. It was my first video to reach 1,000 views, and it reached that in less than 6 days (making it 4x more successful than the video before that). I say this a lot, but thanks for everyone's support again, and I mean it.
Lesson of the Day: Do Not Steal
"You shall not steal. (Exodus 20:15, NIV)"
Okay, so we all know that stealing is wrong. But it wouldn't be so bad if I just swiped the change on the table once... I won't do it again, so it will be alright... right?
Nope.
Taking anything that isn't yours is stealing, and there's no excuse for it - even if what you want seems to be worthless. It belongs to someone else and stealing from them is depriving them of something that they might value a lot.
The Bible states in the Ten Commandments that it is wrong to steal (see verse above). So just don't do it, I don't know what else to say.

Today we're doing a weapon comparison of two of the best mage weapons in Hypixel Skyblock.
Personal Life
Alright, the last video I made (the frozen scythe one, see below) blew me away with the results. Like, it got 100 views in less than 2 days and it's continuing to get more and more views constantly and I'm just really surprised by that... it's ranked #1 in my YouTube Studio dashboard and overall it was just a success for me. Thanks again to everyone for the support!
Anyways, through the COVID-19 pandemic I've resumed swim practice (with safety measures of course) and I'm kind of set back because of the lack of practice that I've had over the past few months. I can't seem to get much faster and my teammates are sort of beating me in almost everything I do...
Well actually, since I'm writing this part a little bit later, I'm starting to get a bit better and I can kinda keep up now. I'm definitely not faster than some of my teammates yet, but I'm getting there I guess. It's gonna take some time to get to where I used to be, but I still really enjoy swimming.

So I got myself a frozen scythe and used it in dungeons, this is basically just a run through of my first Catacombs attempt with my friends!
Lesson of the Day: Do Not Murder
"You shall not murder. (Exodus 20:13, NIV)"
"Do not murder". This seems like an obvious thing at first. Like, who in their right mind wants to intentionally kill someone? But in the New Testament of the Bible, John says that even hating someone is the same as murdering them.
1 John 3:15 says, "Anyone who hates a brother or sister is a murderer, and you know that no murderer has eternal life residing in him. (NIV)" I don't know if this is an exaggeration or not, but the point is clear. And Jesus clearly commands us to "love your neighbor as yourself".
The lesson to be learned from this is that while most people won't commit a physical murder in their lifetime, it's important to love one another and to not hate anyone.
And for the small percentage of people who are considering real, physical murder, remember that every human being is a creation of God, and if someone has done something that is wrong, it's not for you to take their life. David in the Bible had many opportunities to kill King Saul but he didn't, because it wasn't his time or place to do so.
I guess that's all for today.

Okay, this is just a check-in on my YouTube channel so far...
At this point in time, I've gotten about 1,500 total views on YouTube from over 1,000 unique viewers which amount to 45.2 hours spent watching my videos! And I've gotten 14 subscribers as well, which is cool. And considering that I've only had a channel for a bit over two months, I think that's pretty good! I just wanna say thanks to everyone who has been supporting me, I really appreciate everything!
And yeah, that's about it! No video for this post!
I programmed an entire Minecraft minigame in 1.14.4 and I'm showcasing it in this video!
Lesson of the Day: Honor Your Parents
"Honor your father and your mother, so that you may live long in the land the Lord your God is giving you. (Exodus 20:12, NIV)"
Let's face it - many kids don't necessarily enjoy obeying their parents, especially when they get older. Maybe they dislike certain rules that their parents have, or maybe the pressure their parents put on them for school. But the Bible says that everyone should honor their father and mother as you can read above. So even when you don't think something is fair, or when your parents won't let you get something that everyone else has, it's very important to respect their decision and they are usually trying to do what's best for you.
Honestly, I sometimes struggle with this. In fact, I sometimes dislike decisions that my parents make saying that I can't do this or that. But as I said above, it's important for me to honor them and their decisions.
